Problems or questions
- Call the Help Desk at Sikorsky Aircraft. The number is 386-4357 - or toll free 1-877-272-4882.
- Key information for login problems: Call the Help Desk and identify yourself as a Sikorsky retiree and specify your Username (SIKS12345). Say that you are having a problem with the Sikorsky Portal / LDAP account. Be as specific as possible with any error messages.
- If retirees don't get the help that they need from the Help Desk, they can email a note to us to describe their problem.
